Replacing with a Same Product:
If you received the wrong size or the item is damaged, we offer an easy exchange for the same product. To do this:
- Eligibility: Ensure that the item is returned in unused and original condition, along with the original tags and packaging.
- Request: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item details, and the reason for the exchange.
- Processing: We will ship you the same product (size or color) based on availability. If unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives.
Replacing with a Different Product:
If you wish to exchange the item for a completely different product:
- Eligibility: The item must be returned within 7 days, in its unused and original condition.
- Request: Contact our customer service team with your order number, the item you want to return, and the product you’d like to exchange it for.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange for the new product. If the new item is of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
